Trying to modify a pre-installed Japanese satnav / media

Hi Kristian and fellow modders,

I have recently purchased an RX8 that came with a custom media centre / satnav that is all in Japanese, including the button console. I would like to know if you can recommend how I would go about sourcing the parts required to convert all of this into english, if it can be done, and what your recommendations would be for this unit.
